With great pride, announce that the official presentation of the CIFF – Cittadella International Film Festival – Torre di Malta Award, will take place during the 82nd Venice International Film Festival – La Biennale di Venezia 2025, a prestigious international context that marks the debut of this new and ambitious cinematographic event.

The CIFF, Cittadella International Film Festival, was created with the aim of becoming a point of reference for independent and international cinema in Veneto, promoting high-quality works, with VIP guests, emerging talents, and cultural dialogue between nations.

The choice to present the festival in Venice emphasizes its international vocation and the intention to place itself among the most important Italian and European film events, given the uniqueness of the location and its bucolic and intrinsic charm.


The meeting will be introduced (max. 5 minutes) by:

Followed by contributions from:

🎤 Jacopo Dotti – Festival Founder, member of the Scientific Technical Committee🎤 Barnaba Lupo – Legal Advisor, member of the Scientific Technical Committee


Moderators: Salvatore Mileti (Ambassador) & Alessandro Battaglia (Fundraiser), members of the Scientific Technical Committee.

The event will be an opportunity to present the program of the first edition (May 8–10, 2026, in Cittadella – Padua), as well as to outline the festival’s vision as an international platform for film and cultural promotion.
